We began our journey 15 years ago by canvassing for our older brother’s window cleaning business, which not only gave us a strong foundation in customer service but also allowed us to develop valuable trade skills in window, gutter, roof, sill, and fascia cleaning.

As we mastered both the technical and operational aspects of the business, we took on the responsibility of training a growing team of young professionals, expanding our capabilities and reach.
 

As our client base grew to include larger commercial properties, we adopted the purified water pole system to better serve high-rise buildings, offices, private residences, and storefronts. This advancement helped our company establish a strong reputation throughout London.
 

Over time, we began to receive inquiries from clients in Spain, where our business partner had relocated. While visiting, we recognized a unique market opportunity due to the favorable climate, ideal for expanding window cleaning services year-round. This led to the launch of Palms, allowing us to bring our expertise to a new region and continue our growth in a promising international market.
